first of determine the ride hight and stance. then set the chassis in the desired location and level it with the floor.
the front end you simply raise up to the chassis and weld in where you want it.. you can mak esome dummy chocks that forces the front suspension to be in a "loaded" position makeing it easyer to see if the spindles sit where you want them..
the rear suspension is a bit mote tricky.
step one: ditch the sheet metal that jaguar pit arround the rear suspension
step two: make a crossmember that bolts to the third-member (be sure that it clears the brakes)and mount it to the suspension. then fab some dummy chocks that leaves the driveshafts level.. this is important as running them way foo level will give noise and vibrations.
step three: fabricate rubber mounts for the crossmember mentioned above. and set the rear in the chassis. then you make the longetudinal controllarms that attatch to the lower controllarms. and runs forward to either the forward attatchment point for the old spring or some piont forward of that, the longer the better. just remember that the shafts through the lower controllarm must be level with the ground!!
step four: make a conection between the lower controllarm shafts at the rear of thirdmember to take the strain of the puny bolts holding the shafts attatched and lastly you want to attatch the shafts forward of the thirdmember to the chassis, these will run aprox 30 degrees upwards which will take the strains of accelerating and breaking.
step 5: (optional) if all the angles are correct the only thing that might cause unwanted vibrations is if the pinion angle with th eground is not the same as the pinion angle in the transmission ens of the driveshaft.. this might cause some speed dependent humming.. fix? change the engine and transmission angle to match..
