Youngrodders.com needs your help!

Hey guys,
as you know Jon was generous enough to push forward with the www.youngrodders.com project. We're currently looking for some art that we can use as our logo. Any drawing, vector art etc. of a hot rod or hot rod related will probably be best, and if you can include the name Youngrodders in it. Needs to be usable on the site, so no copyright infringements if possible.
I'm sure the other yr.com launch team will post some comments on what they're looking for as well.

Thanks,
Mike

I am not artistic in the least...sorry

I just wondered what youngrodders was. A bulletin board for all you young guys? I guess I missed whenever it was getting started.

I do work with AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop, and Inventor almost every day if something like that ever comes up.

Just an idea ... and I mean no offence in any way, BTW.

Picture this:
A cartoon figure of a baby, one tooth, single curly lock of hair on his (or her) head ...
Big Grin...
Sticking out of a Wheelie-popping, fire-breathing, monster of a car, hand on a baby-rattle style gearshift.

(A-la-"Rat Fink")?

Great idea. You could do it with a toddler, or a Dennis-the-Menace age kid too. This would push the "young" aspect, without being perceived as "baby-ish".

An old gray-beard, cottontop guy standing by a completed rod with a cop, both grinning from ear to ear at a gawky, long-legged teen half-submerged in the engine of a car that's obviously in the process of being built. Continuity of hotrodding, youngster doing it him/herself but not too proud to be getting info from those who've been there, generations, responsibility, recognition of others' rights to use the road.

Sorry, 66GMC, toddlers don't need to be poppin' wheelies except in battery powered lawn cars.

Mike, Have ya'll picked some sorta color scheme yet?
I'd like to know, so when someone trys their hand at it, it won't look awkward with your site colors.
I should have something in the next day or so.

OR This Ever popular Favorite....

Free To use Graphics (for non Commerical purposes..so no problems there) and the cars are separate from the babies so you can use one without the other..and you can set the sizes with HTML (can't do that here..or I would have..)
