My favorite is the Lee Shepherd, but I´m using the wheelstanding Camaro just as a change of scenery.

The computer is Spanish, but all the updates are in English so it speaks Spanglish.

Am I the only person on this forum that uses a Mac?

Here's my PC and Mac. That's one kickass dropped '54 on the desktop, check it out!

I had to reduce the images by 50% as my screen resolution on both machines is 1920 x 1200 (the Mac has two monitors, total desktop res of 3840 x 1200)... I love my G5!

Nightfire, no, the 56 is a Mercury. It was built in Canada 3-4 years ago and got sold to someone in NY. We just ended up parked next to each other at a small local show. Mine is the 55, the darker of to two.

rlackey, always thought Jessie's 54 was awesome, you got good taste!

Thanks, I had no idea who the builder was, my brother emailed the picture to me and I thought it would make a good wallpaper. It's one of the cars that has inspired my current project, also a '54 Bel Air.

I started out wanting to go with black primer just like the one in the picture, but now am thinking of a blood red candy and white tuck 'n roll interior. Mine will be a retractable hardtop rather than a sedan, apart from that though I'm going for a very similar look. Traditional old school all the way, dropped, shaved, with a 327, powerglide and six strombergs.

Any idea where I could find out more about this car?

Rich

Me too! I am almost obsessive compulsive about tidyness and organization, you should see my apartment! Doesn't work for everybody but it works for me, I freak out when I come home and the dishes are left from the night before. I can't relax until they are done.
