[Gr8 '48 bow tie]

I am upgrading my '48 Fleetline which is my first attempt at restoration of an old car. I was looking at a Husky HVLP gravity feed paint spray gun at Home Depot and would like to have some opinions if it is a good buy at $80. It has stainless steel fluid needle and nozzle. I have a 26 gal. 5.5 HP compressor to operate it. I will be lifting the body off the chassis next week or maybe the week after the new year. Any tips are welcome .... Chassis paint, body conditioning or what????

What is a good durable paint for the finish? This is going to be a driver so I do not need show quality, just good quality.
