Question Z06 Wheels on 64 Impala?

So, I can get Z06 wheels in 17x9.5" with the correct bolt pattern for my car.

The question now becomes, will they stick out too far and look like outriggers, or will they rub on fenders?

I'm planning on running 275/40/ZR17 tires as well.

Thanks guys!

Hopefully everything will fit right, as I'm liking how chrome Z06 wheels would look.

The fronts should not be too bad but the rears will be a bit inset I think. See if there is someone around that will let you try to fit one on your car.

I have a set on a Pinto and it required lots of cutting. I have a Jag rear end so I did not worry about hitting any suspension stuff. You will have to look at your rear control arms for tire clearance.

Yeah, it seems like I'm going to have to find a set locally to test fit them.

BTW, the wheels look sick on your pinto

Im planning on going after the Mustang/Camaro people with it. I will just have to make sure the Caddy will spin some revs and the Jag rear end holds up.
