zinc Epoxy vs EPoxy

hello,
Im from Israel and I got a72 nova project.
Im look for agood epoxy primer.
Unfortunately there is no SPI products in Israel.
Much use 2K Filler directly on the metal and the best of them still use ETCH primer.
I found the DEBEER epoxy and SIKKENS EPOXY but because there is no requirement here I'm afraid of epoxy materials are old and stale.
I think using industrial epoxy and not automotive EPOXY.
I can use a zinc-rich epoxy? Does the ZINc damage the 2K filler BONDING?

by zinc rich are you referring to zinc phosphate? Even that is still found in the SPI epoxy.

Sorry for my late response. That's how I get my car ... now its looks a little different But I'm still far from finishing the welds and fight rust. I decided to import SPI epoxy from the U.S. is two gallons will do it?

I'd get 3 gallon kits, the shipping wont be much more, you will have enough, and maybe if you don't use it all you could sale the 3rd gallon and recover some of the shipping costs?

Buying two gallons actually gets you 4 sprayable gallons. There's no way he'd need 6 gallons for that car. Spraying my Mustang inside and out I'm just under "1 gallon" right now. I'll probably have to get a few more quarts for sealing.

Thats a nice one. Leave it out in the desert for a week and you wont have to spend money sand blasting it. are you restoring it or just getting it nice enough to drive around?
