What does the "Hot Cam Option" add to a ZZ4? If you only change the cam, is it worth the expense?

In the Fastburn, which is a ZZ4 shortblock with the Fastburn heads rated at 385hp the optional camshaft and 1.6 rockers makes it 430hp. The Fastburn heads add approx 40hp to a standard ZZ4 crate engine.
