Post ZZ4 Camaro

I just bought a 79 Z/28 Camaro. I plan on putting in a ZZ4 350. My question is will the stock transmission, driveshaft, and rear end be able handle the new hp and torque. Also, I've heard about people swapping new camaro 6 spd transmissions in with the ZZ4 ...if even possible how much needs to be changed to do so. Another question, how much NOS can the ZZ4 handle safely stock...if any at all....(I've read about 100 shots in a stock ZZ4, which seems kind of steep if you ask me ) thanks for your help!
