Description: How to make basic pleated seat covers for a 1938 Ford truck. Details on repairing broken struts with sleeves made from brake line, marking frames/panels/padding, using hog rings and hog ring pliers to fasten vinyl to the seat frame, adding foam padding, shaping the foam corners with a sander, sewing the vinyl to sheet foam, sewing straight pleats, adding skirts, seaming the seats, sewing on welting/piping, and putting the cover on the frame and foam. Also explains how to fix empty holes resulting from the bobbin running out of thread.
