Part 13: Fuel Pump
trees

I mounted the new electric fuel pump inside the drivers side frame rail. This pump came with the Pro Flow EFI kit and included a thick foam sleeve to insulate for vibration and chafing, and coated clamps to mount securely. I never hear or feel the pump other than for 3 seconds on ignition turn on. Also a quick change when it fails!

I put the fuel filter about one foot downstream of the pump. I would rather have installed it in front of the pump, but Edelbrock instructions said " NO", so... Again, quick and easy replacement item.

The truck is really taking shape now and my blood pressure is rising. I want to get this thing on the road!
