lookin to get a volare front end to install in a 31 chevy roadster, what would be a fair price, any tips on doing this and is there anything better at about this price range that is adjustable in height?? thanks jim

I would not pay over one hundred bucks for a volare front clip,you should be able to pick up a whole car for under a hundred.If you buy a whole car you could also use the rear end and any other misc. stuf you can salvage

This is just my opinion butI think there is a time & place for everything. I just don't think your car is the place for a Volare frontend. I put one in my F-100 and it works well and looks good in the truck but I think it will look like crap in your roadster.Have you given any thought about a Mustang 2 ?

third that. also volare clips are running out of favor with the truck crowd because almost all of them need rebuilding and it's my understanding they dont make parts to do so

lash, i don't think it would look GOOD enough to look like crap!
those suckers are butt-ugly to begin with (the volare fe's) how about a 81'ish toyota 2wd pu front end? i know they're about the right width, 4 1/2" bolt pattern, rear end might be a good thing too! seriously, check one out... |
