Post re: Brake Swap

I have recently converted my 68 nova to disc brakes The spindles I used were off of a 72 chevelle wagon. They worked perfectly, dont know about the firebird. If the firebird is front steer check to see if the steering arms are bolt on,if so the steering arms of of your drums will bolt to the db spindles good luck

Post re: Brake Swap

71 camaro/firebird will not work correctly.must be 67=69 camaro or firebird,can use 67-72 chevelle,gto etc. A-body gm cars,switch steering arms,just 2 bolts,swap with your drum brakes steering arms.also nova,apollo,omega, thru 74 will work,
