1932 Ford
32 Ford Hot Rod
What could be more classic than a Deuce?
This is a 1932 Ford highboy complete with Wescott body with rumble seat.
Its proud owner, Ray Schuler, fondly describes it as "the car of my dreams".

Nice tuck-and-roll red leather interior!

32 Ford Engine
This beautifully finished chromed-out flattie V8 is connected to a three-speed tranny.

While the 1932 model was available with a 4-cylinder engine, its uniqueness lay in the fact that it was Ford's first model available with a V-8 engine. While Ford's V-8 was certainly not the first, it was the first time that a V-8 engine was incorporated into a vehicle that could be reasonably afforded by the common man.

Ford's first attempt at a V-8 engine would require many later modifications, as this prototype was subject to numerous problems, including piston and bearing failures and block cracking.

The style, class, and adaptability of the 1932 Ford body make it one of the most common choices for hotrodders all over the world.
