1938 Chevrolets are not an extremely popular choice for street rodders, and it's hard to understand why. Chevy had some great models in 1937 and 1938, and it's nice to see a car from these model years so well represented. Although Chevrolet announced "significant" body changes for 1938, they didn't really change too much from the previous year. A good way to tell a '37 apart from a '38 is by looking at the grille. The new 1938 grille had horizontal chromium bars as opposed to the '37's standard vertical bars.Search thousands of hot rod sites.
