1932 Ford Coupe

This is a 1932 Ford 5-Window Coupe with an all metal body, channeled 12" at the cowl. These pictures come to us courtesy of Wayne Smith.


That's a Chevy 327 hooked to a 4-speed and a Ford 8" rear.


The 4" chop looks good in this shot. While the rear end is a Ford 8", the front end comes off a 1948 Chevy truck.

Did you notice how well louvered the hood on this '32 is? The Ford Motor Company faced many of the same engine heat issues that modern hot rodders face. In the middle of the 1932 Ford model year, the number of hood louvers was increased from 20 to 25.
