It's all silver. Thin aluminum panels as templates. Easy to cut with snips. I will go to work in the morning and cut some stainless.

Access is tough, well, tough for me I guess. This is the insane part. Remote fill may still be in the cards for the master.

Singing to the choir on that. Lot of creeper use for me this week and under dash is murder. However, if a guy has a dash that folds down, hinges, or comes out as an assembly with a few moves, having an access panel at the rear would make sense to me, to leave options open should revision or servicing present a future need. As would including a cubby floor drain tube with sloped-towards-it floor would as well.

On master fill, um :drunk: here comes more 'isms...

Remote reservoir for car brakes is a new one on me but ATVs and bikes do that, right? Can you borrow parts from that genre somehow? I always wondered if theres any reason the brake stuff (on any vehicle with room there) can't go somewhere in the kick panel region. Many rides have wasted space there.

Think stoplight viewer in chopped rods. Small fixed mirrors in compartment and maybe lid to see fluid level.

I keep seeing a little water slide kind of ramp or a spout that hooks onto a spot on the edge of the open compartment's opening out in front of the master and that also hooks over the open master. That, if parked level, would jog the fluid over into the open master. I picture this on a wire spider thing floating just above the master so you can see the fluid go in without attaching scaffolding to view. It could have a home clipped to the cover panel for safekeeping.

Just thoughts. If there were a "filling lid" with crazy funnels that would be cool but then you can't see the level. Maybe using a 90s type master with modified plastic res is part of the solution. Cast master kinda does present a problem with the location.

And I wonder if you could make a simple folding chair type thing to support your body while accessing the cubby. Maybe a small retractable step plate that hides under the back of the fender would do.

Oh. And...

I meant silver box with USA sticker on left and black box with white sticker on right.

That makes sense. I thought you were seeing colors in the panels or something.
I'm thinking the wiper motor may not fit with all the piping that is not in place yet.

Black box appears to be a Dakota Digital cruise control.

Yes it is. I took it off CURSE when I got my "free" cruise control.

Got the stainless bent up this morning . Brought the parts home, tacked them together and it looks OK. Then I checked from the side and the top center was bulging out. I proceeded to untack the top for some slopage adjustment to the back panel shape. Coffee time.........

A little car assembly for testing.
I can get the cover off easy enough to check/add fluid. I just need to set up the lines so they are easy to connect.

4 bolts from inside and the whole booster/master can come out together.

Ya know, you need to set the cover up with Dzus fasteners and when you get to a show, remove the cover and set it in the trunk. That cubby art will blow people's minds...

I think you should re-skin the whole car in stainless. It would be a '41 DeLorean and you wouldn't need to worry about painting it...:P

Now thats an idea! :mwink:

I think the cubhouse deserves lighted floor and disco ball, motorized door, cigarette machine, sound system, etc. Playing "In the mood" of course.

I say cubhouse because look

Its... a house! If it was bricks, she'd be a brick... house. There, I put two dance songs in your heads. :) Now bust a move and get busy. Thats three. ;) And enough foolishness.

Pugsy, I'll have you know you are doing an outstanding job of all this and I certainly hope you do find accomodations for all the guests in your house. Its looking good.

Filling the corners was next. The welding at that location was not ideal and I got some major shrinkage, even if I pulled a really quick fuse.

A little tool was made up to planish in all the corners.

The "hooters" on the firewall were driving me crazy, so I made up a hammer form for blisters.
I performed a double mastectomy and welded in the blisters.
