Pics of floor rot at edges. The rockers were changed by previous owner, but they were not of good quality. They rippled the bottoms to curve them. Aftermarket normal stuff....

I'm still new to metal shaping at this point, I had never curved a brake formed channel with more than one bend. I bent up a sample and was surprised how easily it curved on the shrinker. (no pic of the curving of the sample). I used 18 ga cold rolled for the actual rockers, starting at the second pic.....

I cut out some lumpy metal from both sides of the cowl and welded in flat pieces. I think this was so the floor could go straight thru and also give another inch of cab space both sides.

A temporary (or not) firewall and braces added.

Tunnel mock up and plywood and threaded rod templates made to mark out the sheet metal. Just roll them across the sheet and mark the lines. This tip I found posted by Metalman Swede, Per.

Floor templates made from bent angles. Always keep some in stock as they come in handy for so many things. They really held firmly for the floor templates.
