I got the welds ground down. Big valley at the bottom, but I'm not opposed to filling it.

The fender flange has been fine tuned and dressed up.

Got the laser level out after I marked the fender trim wrong the first time. That was close....phew......

Some issues at the bottom, but after watching Matt slice and dice, I have no fear anymore. He really tweaked a bunch of places on that Model A project.

Can't be a'feared! You could tack the edge of a washer to get that spot down low.

Makes sense. Just give a pull and break it off, no?

I'd probably cut it off if it didn't do the easy twist and snap. Theres all manner of hand tools sturdy enough for the pulling or prying when a washer is used.

D'OH!, :drunk: of course...it would probably leave a hole bending it back and forth to get it off.
