1992-ish Mag Article 434 Chevy SB Build

Ok,
Way back around 1992 , one of the mags ( SC, HR, etc ) had a VERY detailed article about building a Chevy 434 small block, based on a 400 sb. As an example. it talked about drilling the steam holes, tapping, pipe plugs, and re drilling, etc. Detailed.

With the article, I successfully built this engine for my 86 Z28. Computer controlled, SuperChips custom E-Prom, etc. Was in bliss for three weeks, then got hit head-on.

DOES ANYONE REMEMBER THE ARTICLE, PUBLISHER, DATE ?

Thank You !!!
Best regards,
Nick

I did a little searching and didn't come up with anything that old. With all the car mags that folded early this year, there may not be any archives to find on the www anymore.
You would probably be better off posting this in the engine forum, where more motorheads are going to see it, than in here.

thanks for the help, all.

I am looking for that actual 1992-ish magazine artical, as it is a how to, as opposed to just information about the 434.
