This Vortec Stealth Ram 7542P would work better... and the Yukon prolly has the hood clearance:

May be available unpolished for Vortec heads for $350 less... unpolished 7542 was discontinued, but may be in stock somewheres... or could make one from a tunnel ram base and some other kind of plenum...

The Weiand Street Ram is also known as the Holley Stealth Ram... same part number... here's an article on installing, dynoing, and using it at the track:
