351w running poorly at times

Hi guy's I have 351w in my f250 EFI okay so in park when I go to start it she'll stumble just a little but starts up idles high for a few minutes than it drops down at a healthy 700-800 rpm When I'm drive and reverse with my foot off the gas it will stall down somtimes die out it doesn't do this all the time with the stalling when I get going down the road it seems okay no dying at stops but running a little rich anyone have an idea of what this could be? I've been told fuel injectors but I don't think so

I would check fuel Pressure and connect a scanner to see what fuel trims and stuff like that look like.
You didn't say what year it is so some other things may also apply. Some of the ford had a lot of trouble with the IAC sticking which can cause a lot of stalling issues.

I just recently did a full tune up plugs wires caps rotor all knew fluids pretty much everything fuel filter sending unit it's a 1988 so it's old school it's got really low miles I mentioned it's EFI I'm kinda thinking It may be IAC too I had a few people at work say the same about it so I'm gonna pull it off this weekend and clean up real good replace it if it's real bad. Like today when I drove it today it seemed Okay just Real low Rpm's at times but it's been worse
