4 link not the same length

My 4 link rear end is about an inch shorter on the passenger side. Is this normal ? One of the reasons I ask is when I tried to align the front wheels after putting in a new rack , they will not align and also after trying the string method on the rear wheels , I see they are at different angles.

More info please. Is it new or used set-up? Is it adjustable ? Who did the work ? Can you trust your welding ?

It’s an old setup , it is adjustable, all welds look good and I have no idea who did the work.

I would try adjusting the 4 link . Could you adjust a 1/2" out on one side and a 1/2" in on the other side ?
