454 BBC: Carb Question

I dropped a 454 that came out of motorhome into a '52 pickup. I will be using the truck as either a daily driver (depending on gas prices that month) or a weekend cruiser.

Should I go with a Holly or Edelbrock?
750 CFM or 800 or 850?

The stock Q-jet works well on the stock intake. If you change the intake then retuning of the Q-j is in order

Holley Street Avenger 770 would be an excellent choice.
