496CHEVY3100 (David)

David has been moved to an acute care facility in Chattanooga. He continues to improve but his progress is slow and he is expected to be there at least until the end of the year.

Keep David in your prayers please.

John

Seems I missed this when you first posted.

IF you get a chance to go see him, let him know we are aware and pulling for him..

I would have been down there by now but it is a bit too much for Barb right now.

You can be sure Annie has been right by his side. Day and night.

Called David. Annie answered and said they got David up today. She said it was the first time he had stood up for 42 days and he was very, very weak. Obviously it is going to be a real challenge for David to get his strength back.

It is good to hear he is improving though.

I am embarrassed to say no. It is a little late to call tonight. I will try and do that tomorrow.

I did talk to Annie this morning. David is still improving, but slowly. She said he sat up for about an hour yesterday but was still unable to stand on his own.
