Not being a smart ***, but why do you need the rating?

Thanks for the replies, the shipping to New Zealand is greater than the cost of the part. Shipping from US is expensive.
I can source a universal switch with an adaptor locally but i understand it won't fit in the standard depth pan anyway.
So I will source the original switch. Cheers

My ex is a Kiwi lost in America, her family made shopping trips to the USA on a regular basis as it was less expensive to fly here and buy large ticket items from pickup trucks to washers and dryers, then have them shipped home than it was to buy them there. That was 45-50 years ago things may have changed. I heard through family that she married an expat Englishman and moved to Portland, Oregon. I haven't talked with her in 40 years and am happier for it. Learned my lesson about redheads. A relationship that started in flames, burnt like dynamite fuse, then ended in flames.

Hi Bogie, sounds like a wild woman, you failed to tame her!!
We do regular buying trips to US, bought my Chevy out of Texas and then flew over and travelled 8k miles over 2 months, had a ball.
Plan to do it again next year with another car. I feel a buying trip coming on.
