51 Pontiac "8" drum to disk brakes.

Trying to find out how much it is going to cost to convert a 51 Pontiac "8" to disks all the way around. Are there any "bolt-on" conversions from existing cars available? If not, any aftermarket kits available?

These guys say they have them:

You may have to contact them about a whole kit as they only list what they call disc.
