Thats a lot of question for a little glance at it with dew drying. Depends on if the haze is in or on the paint. Have you tried anything already? If thats original paint and it needs "correction" with sandpaper theres not going to be enough left to last long outdoors. I would not advise investing a great deal of effort to assess it, just clay and buff a spot to see how your luck runs. Sand and repaint does not require epic efforts but saving that finish might. Just my two cents worth.

Looks like failed clear to me, which means it's GONE and needs to be stripped, repainted and cleared. If you were to polish it and get some shine out of, that would be VERY short lived. It would look just like this again in a month. If it never left a garage it would last longer but who knows how long. Outside, I would give it a month tops.

Sold that vette to a friend. He is a heck of a detail guy. He used three different products from " The detail shop" and it came out great! Will keep an eye on it for a while and see what happens.
BTW, Idrivejunk, he is local to Rogers if anybody needs a great detail on there car. He's retired and does it at home.
