ID:	376593My wife's fun ride , 94 Olds Cutlass convertible has a new top.... does ANYONE know where I should start adjusting.... I need the top to come forward about a half inch to make the latching a lot easier, needs to come forward to meet the windshield header panel.

Is the adjustment for this in the top frame, or does it pivot where it's mounted on the inner quarter panels.

Any tips appreciated.... very little help on the Olds forums..

These were originally constructed by Cars and Concepts near the Doraville Ga Olds Plant back in the early nineties.

Thanks

Mike B

Do you have photos of where the top bolts to the body on the sides? There should be movable mounts there. Right off the top of my head I forget (I put a top on my 65 Buick a few years ago) but if I think about it a little I will have the answer for you. But post a photo of the mechanism first.

Olds Cutlass Top

Thank you Brian

I begged a little over at the W Body Forums and Rich E posted up the factory manual for me. Entirely different process than I would have expected.

Thank you for your reply !!!
