Anybody in the St Louis MO want to be an inspector? I am considering bringing this glass car into Hawaii and I need someone to look at it. If anyone is interested please let me know and we would talk. The pic is the car I would like to bring in.

Are you thinking a National Street Rod Association inspection or a State Inspection or a NHRA drag racing inspection or what? Here are the NSRA guidelines......

Actually I just need s general car guy to visit the seller and give me his/her opinion of does it run ok, does it drive ok, if the exterior paint look ok and do the windshield wipers work ok? One thing I need is to tell me about the two side windows. The listing says that they are inoperable and that you cannot close/open the doors with the windows up. What I think is the situation is that the the pic shows no moulding or seal on either the A pillar or the Carson top. So if that is the only problem...it is no problem. I can easily put moulding on those areas. See pic.
