maskng tires.......

HI,dont mask,go to a fiberglass supply place and buy a quart or a gallon of PARTALL,spray 3 good coats on EVERYTHING you dont want paint to stick to. after paint is cured,wash it off with a hose,its water soluble,and looks like soap as it washes off.

Those Goodyear Tire Bags work great with a wrap of masking tape.

A budy with a BS uses it it works great

Forget about giving a painter extra work he wont have an impact wrench or jack stands anyways. if your leaving the wheels on your taking a chance, it could get over spray on them before it ever gets in the booth from primers and other materials sprayed in the shop. over spray will get in from behind the wheels too traveling under the car to the other side. Do the brakes last use old wheels, its the only way to be absolutely sure. Over spray gets on everything unless your using a really nice booth and even then its not 100%
