Body Bushing Bolt Length

70 LeMans. When I removed the old body bushings I didn't keep track of where the longer and shorter bushing bolts go on the car. For re-assembly does it make a difference?

I imagine it does.....You want them long enough to go into the nuts, but not too long as to pierce through the floor panel. Besides, if you use the long ones up, the short ones wont reach.

agreed, the assembly manual should give the correct locations for short & long body bushing bolts.
