Customer service is not dead!!!!

I found a high performance engine shop in my area a couple of days ago, JGM is here in Valencia and while it looks like a hole in the wall shop they are not. I bought some very cool Edelbrock valve covers from them on Wed. They told me if I had any problems to bring them back. These were a brand new style cover that is coming out. They needed the breather holes installed so JGM did it for free. Then I brought them home to install them, the Edelbrock baffles were small steel U shaped parts with these strange hammer in fasteners. I followed the instructions to the letter, the fasteners needed to much force to install and it severely cracked the top of the valve cover out. I brought them back and after Jim the owner looked at them he was on the phone to the distributor and told them how dumb this design was. And he said to me this won't be the only one they'll see like this. He ordered me another set on the spot and said " they'll be here Tuesday night, will open the breathers and we'll install the baffles the right way for you with screws. JGM now has all my business when it comes to motor work. Great Job JGM!!! Thanks
