Data plate decoding

I recently purchased a 1938 Dodge Pickup, it has two data plates
On one data plate, it is totally unreadable except for the stamped info:
92841-67 RD-10
5200 LBS
Which I assume is sn, model, and gross weight.

The other data plate, is barely readable with the following stamped info:
sn 85305224, model B-2-B-108
Gross weight 4850 LBS
82 certified hp at 3600 RPM

My questions are why two different s/nís?
Why two different gross weights?
What is the b2b 108 mean?
Thanks in advance.
