E-coat imperfection or aluminum corrosion?

First post here on this forum. I bought an brand new OEM Grand Cherokee SRT hood from a seller on ebay/instagram. He's seems to be a pretty reputable seller in the challenger/charger world. I received the hood in good condition but noticed this on the very front of the hood. What do you guys think? Should I be worried? I apologize if this is in the wrong section.

That is not good, look on the inside at where the skin folds around. If that is happening at the edge of the fold that means it IS some corrosive issue I am thinking.

Here are some more pics. Do you think this is fixable? I plan on vinyl wrapping the hood not painting it.

Does it look like that all the way around the seam or just in that area (the last photo).

Just that area. I sanded that larger spot with some 400 grit sandpaper and it seems like it was just an imperfection. Added a few coats of self etching primer to protect it. I guess we'll see if it really was an imperfection once its on my Jeep and exposed to the elements.
