ecklers brake line kits

ordered pre-bent kit from this outfit who must have had ilinetube manufact. them..... bends for the most part were acurate but length of front to rear sevice line was short 4+" also hardlines bends to front flex hoses were 180 degrees off. Called both, but Eckler would not stand behind their reputation because of order being a year and half old...inline was trying to be helpfull but needed their order # from Eckler's anyone have a fix or similar problems? The person who handled the call tried to be helpful but was told nothing could be done because of the order date! doesn't anyone care about customer svc. and company reputation anymore?

No offense, but how could you expect a 3rd party (Inline Tube) to help when you can't even give them an order number? As far as Eckler's, it seems like they could nave been more helpful, but that all to often depends on the caller's attitude and who answered the phone. Sounds like one of them packaged or shipped the wrong part...

thanks Russ

Your right of course, but because of a flyer insert in the shipping box I called them [Inlinetube] first without considering the order no.[my bad] however they were willing to help check the order[willing to talk and work with me if I could get Ecklers order no. to them. ] but when I couldn't get past the first operator to tech.with Eckler, and don't get me wrong she did her job to dismiss the the inquiry due to the date of order! What really disappointed me was not the job' she' did but the unwillingness of her superior to consider the importance of keeping a customer! thanks again for your response, just very disappointed in the customer service end with Ecklers!
