Something that'll help when using the razor scraper is rubbing it on glass before using it ,it wont dig in as much...it works like the leather strap at the barber shop

just pretend your scrapping overspray off the glass ,it dont take but a second...saves blades and time especially if theres surface rust down in there...you'll need a lot of blades as it is...
