Finding paint stripper

Howdy, I am having trouble removing paint from my intake manifold. I've tried the products in the picture and none of them work. Just makes the paint soft and unpaintable. Aircraft paint remover no longer exists because of the EPA!
I can't scrape the rounded areas. Anyone have anything strong that removes all the paint? Help Please!

looks like it would be much easy to have it glass bead blasted, since you have it off.

I think I will look into media blasting. Doesn't seem like there are any alternatives.
