Thank you both.
I was away again and unable to work on the booth. I will be home and working on it this weekend.
And if this post twice, sorry. I am posting from my phone and it is doing something to cause a double post.

I ran some strips of wood along a router,

then framed the light with the wood peaces.

The plexiglass will be caulked to the wood, and the wood will be caulked to the wall. The plexiglass still has a film over it to protect it from scratches. It really is as clear as glass.

No fumes will enter the fixtures.

"Looks like more than a hobby to me "

I hope it will be, one day. I need lots of practice and knowlege.
But for fun....... we painted a set of 4 wheeler plastics.......
They came out good, but not good enough to give a "customer".

We jumped the gun....... sorry.

I had to get back on and show you guys that the booth is working well. I have painted a few cars in there and rebuild a few engine in there also. It is a nice, cool, clean place to work on things.

I have not problems with the lights or fans. I do wish the doors sealed better. I am forced to staple a sheet of plastic around the doors to completely seal the room before painting.
