Question How to Figure Out Size for Missing Bolts in Foor Jack

Hi guys,

Wondering if any could give me advice on figuring out how to correctly size 2 missing bolts in a Larin SUV floor jack. I got the jack with 2 missing bolts. The middle one that connects the 2 pipes and the bottom one which connects the pole to the jack. I tried using the bolts from my other jack but they didn't match (not surprised). Its a Larin SUV jack believe its the 7000 off the top of my head.

Well sent them an email, didn't try that originally because the site was so old and dated. Who knows if they are even still in business I don't see there jacks for sale.

Thought there might be some kit or something that lets you test for bolt sizes.

There are tools for checking and identifying threads;
ThreadToolSupply.com - The Best Solutions in Thread Identification, Conversion & Repair!

But it might be easier to take it to a hardware store and try bolts to find the fit.
