I made an adjustable steering wheel holder to align the steering post and wheel when I get ready to fabricate the dash that holds the speedometer etc. All I have to do is turn the adjuster nuts until its at the right angle and height then I will weld the brackets in the rear. This darn thing was hard to hold in place because of the many angles and protrusions on it. And I don't have any clamps that screwed up to hold this in place. Sometimes the simplest arrangement is what is called for. I am out of sheet steel and tubing, plus I am close to being empty on my argon/co2 gas. In two days I will start the ceiling operation to get that out of the way for this summer. I don't want to do any of this in the heat or wait until it gets cold again. This will pay big dividends for me in heat. I have one photo of my cheap holder/adjuster bracket all from scraps....

March is almost here and soon I will take a few days to do one side of my ceiling and get it ready for Sheetrock this spring. I break down the work to keep the monthly costs down. Something I can handle. I also need to make room for the Merkur engine and transmission that is coming. My work may slow down as everything will start to bottle neck on me. We will see and we will probably get a freak spring snow storm just when you think its gunna be nice.
