I fabricated a brake master cylinder rod that goes inside the cylinder. This took a good part of the day trying to fit the whole to a Ford brake switch that hooks to the brake pedal arm. I had to machine an oblong hole so the switch will not be activated while in the static position, After many tries I finally got it. Ill hook wires to it tomorrow so I dont have to get under the dash again. The oblong hole was the toughest with an end mill trying to keep it from moving. But its done I have a few snaps

Mission Complete cars moved, Tight fit through the doors and inside but I will live with what I have. It beats working in a foot of snow. I found a likely spot to weld tubing for the Merkur roof chop for the Pick up conversion. I have a photo of the area. Nice. I will work on this as time permits and cash this wont be quick. I took some photos of the Coupe while it was outside. It seems even smaller to me than before. It may look long but it has an 87 inch wheel base and not very high. few folks will be able to fit in this car Slim short fellas, hehe. i found a nice set of free horns in the back of the Merkur they both tested fine and I will use them on the coupe.
