I was able to cut and clamp on the left side quarter panel that's all I had time for. Maybe more tomorrow. No photos just a replay of the right side.

For the last 5 months I have been searching and looking for parts for my 351 Boss Cleveland Engine that is in the Coupé. So far all the parts I will need have astronomical Prices attached to them. I feel I am being pushed here. So I have decide that in the spring the engine will be pulled and thrown in the corner for another 30 years. I will instead install a 2.3 Turbo Charged Engine from a Mekur. It has a 5 speed manual the costs are free and parts for it are cheap. Also I don't need 540 HP in a Coupe to help rip out the axel which is tiny compared to a Ford 9 inch. I was going to take the engine out again anyway so when I do Ill change all the hard clearance problems I was encountering. Exhaust headers, starter. Carb to hood , etc This engine will be more street able and gentler on my frame and running gear. Ford only made 8000 Boss Cleveland Engines the headache of buying parts for this engine is not worth the time when I will only use the car for summer jaunts here and there. Maybe I'll sell the engine and get some money for this Coupe. So you heard it here first. See how changes occur this one was made because of a greedy Retail system that we have. And I won the first round.

I'm getting near the fabrication finish on the right rear fender. I put in another 4 hours to day. I will still have to weld in the pie cuts later and some hammer knocking from the inside of the wheel well when I take the tire off. But not right now I went to the other side of the car to play catch up on the fenders. In the photo you will see I have 4X4 ft piece of sheet steel all clamped on and marked for cutting. I'm eager to see how close I can match this fender. Hmm glad you cant' see both sides all at the same time. he he eh In the photo you will see where I welded in one pie cut patch from scraps. Just wanted to see what it was going to look like and if it will be below the surface, and it was. I have a few photos..
