Well I did some blocking today,If you take your time when blocking you can get a part very nice before you put the first coat of primer.

Well I popped out #2 fender,I did some trimming on the fenders,Now it's time to do some priming and blocking.The fun part,

Well this is what popped out of the mold.I will now start to shape up the edges.Cut it down a little.The guy that I'm making these for decided to make the design a little Different,So I will cut them like he what's.

Well today I finish laing up the glass.Once it harden up,I will then take some paint sticks, and stick them between the mold and fender,This break's the seal.Then it will slide right out.

Well today I started to lay up the first layer of fiber glass.Once I fit all my glass,Then I will wet it out,It is important to roll out your air bubbles.Once this get hard I will build it up with more layer's.I built this mold to be able to make a right and left fender.They will be cut down to the right shape and size's when done,These are going to be for a trike.They will also have a very cool design cut into the back side of them.
