I had to look that flex plate number you said in your note up and it's a Pioneer FRA202. Decent OEM style parts but not something I would use if you have any engine mods that will move rpm limits up and above 5000. You probably need an SFI approved flex plate instead. Your engine should have a 28in oz external balance and a 2 piece rear seal if that's a '69 351W assembly and your builder didn't install a neutral balance or, shudder, a 50 in oz late model rotating assembly. What is a PITA is the small bell transmission and the 157 tooth ring gear. This TCI piece, 529618, should work. You get into two different converters as well - you will need the 10.5" bolt circle. I'm kinda disappointed in the TCI converter that's in my '31 so I now have a Hughes to go in. My TCI flex plate is fine though(a note, TCI is now part of Comp Cams, so maybe their quality has improved).
