Microscope

What would be a good binocular microscope on a boom to look at parts? Would be using to inspect engine parts, machined parts, and small items like printed circuit boards. I know you get what you pay for but these things run from a couple hundred bucks to thousands. Not knowing what I need and asking for advice here.

there are several versions on Ebay and amazon. my samsung galaxy note 2 has a great macro setting.. click the focus mode in the menu.. auto focus or macro are the selections.. i don't know if it carried over to the later models.

most of these use a computer to view the display... some may plug directly into the USB port on some digital video monitors..

Thank you for the reply but not sure the digital microscope is what I'm looking for at this time.
