Mizumo parts on E bay

Anyone buy parts from Mizumo on E bay. Prices are very cheap.
I really would like to hear from people who have used them, and how long ago did they install them.
My thought is they are to cheap to be good quality.
I have a 2007 F 150 and I need to replace timing chain tensioners-guides-etc

Fact is stranger than Fiction
