s15 v8 swap

I'm also doing my s15 v8 swap. I'm using 350 Chevy 350 trans, Its a long box so I'm not really sure of the factory drive shaft. Anybody?

driveshaft

Motor and trans came out of 70 nova. My question was would I get by with my stock driveshaft for now? I guess your right need to measure

Guaranteed the driveshaft won't be the same length as the stock one. They never are. Any good driveline shop should be able to build you a driveshaft (once you have the measurements) for about $150.

If it was originally equipped with a 700r4/2.8 v6 and you can use a 700r4 in the swap, the same crossmember and drive shaft can be used with only minor modification to the crossmember(trim the front edge for clearance and ream out the hole to allow the transmission to move rearward about 1/2 inch) if you use engine brackets that allow the engine position to be adjusted

The TH200/200C Trans is the same length as the TH350 w/6" Tailhousing. Trans mount is also in the same location.
