A big sink also with hot & cold water. I also had the plumbers put in a faucet like on the the side of the house that's hot water only. Connect a garden hose to it for a pressure washer. An at the very least 2- 220 volt out let's or more. Now if I could get the push & riding lawn mower & shovels, rakes, hoes, picks, out could have even more room.

garage build

u've got all good info here.. i'll add.. when planing mine i wanted a 24x24.. brother keep telling me do u think it's big enough.. well i ended up with a 24x40 and then i added a 10x16 attached shed to the rear to put heavy stuff in to keep out of my way. as suggested and i agree, to at least put in pvc pipe in the concrete to give access for power, water, whatever so u don't need to cut a hole in concrete after the fact... and mine is a pole barn style,
T1-11 siding and metal roof. bright red can be seen in space..
my cost total was $10,000 including concrete, and elect.
