New rims from a trade

I traded a 77' chevy pu tail gate and hood for these 15x8's and 15x10's in a 5.75 bolt ford style. They fit on my 48' and 78 ford's but im concerned with the steering, they are a fairly heavy rim and they will be mated with a set of 245/55/15's by bf goodrich on the front.

My question is what type of powersteering box and set up will work good for this? I have a 80' lemans one and a box from a 76' chevy truck, I also have a few ford ones but there power steering pumps are noisy. The tranny will be a standard most likely a 4 speed, so its using a non tilt coulmn with no automatic shifter.

The 5 lug wheels that fit early Fords are 5 on 5.5........not 5.75.

When I redid my 56 F100 Big Window years ago I used a 69 Chevelle PS set up ( I had the 69 Chevelle motor/trans/rear end in it also ). I believe there are better choices now.

A lot of rodders have gone to the Volare front end........pretty simple and straight forward.......

BUT YOUR RIMS WOULD FIT THE VOLARE....
