PHWOARchild I worked in a place where we had kits that came with various sizes of wheel cylinders, so I had cups to fit anything for years. As long as the outer boots are ok you can change the guts after you hone them.

With my car, NEW wheel cylinders were cheaper than the kits, but if you have something hard to find new ones, just do the cup thing.

techinspector1 Dorman 13701, included boots, seals, cups. OE on mostly early Jeeps and Studebakers from the 50's and 60's.

wheel cylinder

hi all I've got a problem I hope someone can help me with . doing work on car drum brakes and found out that someone as fitted different drum brakes from other make of car which is unknown all I know is wheel cylinder is 13/16 bore .can I just buy a pack of seals for 13/16 wheel cylinder as its only the inner seals that have gone or will I have to replace every thing .thank you for any help
